Effective date: December 15, 2025.
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and sale of Subscription Products (defined below) offered by Wsider Media d/b/a Wsider (“Wsider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any Subscription Product, you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Subscription Products
“Subscription Products” include any paid, subscriber-only access to all or portions of wsider.com (including any subdomains we operate), and any related mobile sites, email-based subscription services, and any apps or app-like experiences we may provide that require a subscription fee.
You are not required to purchase anything to use the Subscription Products. However, if you do not purchase a subscription, your access to certain content, features, or functionality may be limited or restricted.
We reserve the right to modify the content, type, features, and availability of any Subscription Product at any time. We also reserve the right to change, replace, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans or promotions at any time.
2. Subscription
a. Auto-renewing Subscription
Your Subscription Products may begin at a promotional or discounted rate. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle disclosed at the time of your order (the “Billing Period”) at the then-current subscription price, and we will charge your selected Payment Method (as defined below).
Your subscription will continue to renew unless and until you cancel or your subscription is terminated by Wsider.
b. Differing Subscriptions / Promotions
We may offer different subscription tiers, bundles, services, billing cadences, and promotional offers from time to time. Any terms that materially differ from these Terms of Sale will be disclosed at checkout or in other communications made available to you.
You can view details about your subscription (including plan, renewal date, and billing information) through your account management page, if available. We reserve the right to change or end subscription offerings or promotions at any time.
3. Billing
a. Payment Method
You may pay for a subscription using a major credit or debit card, or another payment method we accept (the “Payment Method”). If your payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, expiration, or any other reason, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
b. Recurring Billing
By placing an order for a Subscription Product, you authorize Wsider to charge your Payment Method the subscription fee in effect at the start of each Billing Period.
If a promotional rate applies, you authorize us to charge the promotional price for the initial Billing Period and the standard price thereafter, unless otherwise disclosed at purchase.
We reserve the right to change the timing of billing, especially if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. If your Payment Method is declined for a recurring charge, you agree to promptly update your Payment Method; otherwise, your subscription may be canceled.
You acknowledge that the amount charged each Billing Period may vary, including due to price changes or changes you make to your subscription, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts.
c. Price Changes
We may change subscription fees at any time. If the regular price of your subscription changes from what was stated at the time of your initial order, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel, the new subscription fee will be charged at the next Billing Period.
d. Billing Period
We charge the subscription fee at the start of your subscription, and then automatically at the beginning of each subsequent Billing Period unless and until your subscription is canceled.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page (if available), or by contacting us as described below.
To avoid being charged for the next Billing Period, you must cancel before your subscription renews. When you cancel, you cancel only future charges. Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current Billing Period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Products through the remainder of that Billing Period.
b. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used Billing Periods, except where required by applicable law.
5. E-SIGN DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT
By purchasing a Subscription Product and/or checking any consent box presented during checkout or account creation, you consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, receipts, confirmations, transaction information, account information, and other communications electronically (collectively, “Electronic Messages”).
You agree that Electronic Messages satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be provided in writing.
6. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SALE
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms of Sale on our website and update the effective date above.
